Iran’s Supreme Leader’s Family After Airstrikes: Who Survived, Who Lost?

Those Killed: Khamenei, Daughter, Daughter-in-law, Son-in-law, and Granddaughter
Along with the death of Ali Khamenei, Iranian media reported on March 1st that his daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter were also killed in the coordinated airstrikes by the US and Israel.
“After establishing contact with sources familiar with the situation within the Supreme Leader’s family, it has been confirmed, unfortunately, that the deaths of the revolutionary leader’s daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter have been confirmed,” Fars News Agency and other Iranian media outlets stated.
On the same day, Iranian state media reported that one of Khamenei’s daughters-in-law had also died, but authorities have not yet released her identity or details.
Information about Khamenei’s family is currently quite limited. It is known that he is married and has six children (four sons and two daughters). Some relatives live abroad, including several grandsons and granddaughters residing in Paris.
However, his sons and daughters are believed to reside in Iran.
Iranian news agencies reported that one of Khamenei’s two daughters was killed in the airstrike. Media outlets suggest this could be Boshra or Hoda Khamenei, but her identity has not been confirmed.
The identities of the daughter-in-law, son-in-law, and granddaughter who were killed have also not been released in detail.
The only daughter-in-law who has ever appeared publicly in Khamenei’s family is Zahra Haddad Adel, wife of Mojtaba Khamenei, Khamenei’s son, who is known to have influence in Iranian clerics and politics.
