Sending Love and Strength
My son just had head surgery, and right now, all I ask for is your blessings, kind thoughts, and positive energy as he embarks on his recovery journey.
Your support means the world to us, and together, we know he’ll heal stronger than ever. Thank you for sending love and light our way.
Miracle Moment for Barrett Barnes!
Barrett, a brave boy from Hoover, AL, has been fighting ATRT, a rare and aggressive form of brain cancer, since January at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
The Barnes family has just received the most incredible news — a CLEAR scan — and Barrett is officially done with treatment!
Calah shares her overwhelming gratitude:
“Barrett GETS TO COME HOME. We are so grateful to God for this miracle. When we started this journey 11 months ago, we had no idea what the future held, we just prayed and believed. Now, we are hopeful that Barrett is permanently CURED, and that all the scans will remain clean.”
Let’s surround the Barnes family with love and well wishes as they begin this beautiful new chapter. Matt, Calah, Barrett, and Elisabeth — we celebrate this miracle with you!
Maria Andrejczyk — Olympic Silver Medallist and Hero Off the Field
Maria Andrejczyk, the Polish javelin thrower who won silver at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, has proven that true greatness isn’t just about what you achieve on the field, but the heart and compassion you show off it.
In an extraordinary act of selflessness, Maria auctioned her Olympic silver medal to raise funds for Miloś, an infant in desperate need of a $385,000 heart surgery in the U.S. 🇵🇱
When she made this announcement in August 2021, her story touched hearts across Poland. Zabka Polska, a popular convenience store chain, won the bid at $125,000—and then, in an incredible gesture of support, returned the medal to Maria.
Maria’s journey is nothing short of inspiring:
-
Born in 1996, she rose to prominence at the 2015 World Championships
-
Missed a Rio 2016 bronze by just 2 cm
-
Survived bone cancer in 2018
-
And returned to the Olympic stage to win silver at Tokyo 2020 with a stunning 64.61 m throw
Maria’s story reminds us that true greatness isn’t just measured in medals—it’s measured in the heart, courage, and lives you touch along the way.
