Courage, Love, and Growth

Courage, Love, and Growth

This photo takes me back to the essence of life: courage. From the very start, we are asked to face challenges we can’t always understand or predict. There were times I didn’t have all the answers, but there was one thing I knew for sure—I deserve love, respect, and kindness, no matter what I may lack or how my body may look.

We all face battles—some others can see, and some we carry quietly inside. But the real strength comes when someone sees beyond the surface, believes in you even when you can’t see the way forward, and simply stays by your side.

Every day, I strive to grow, not just on the outside, but within. I deam of a world where difference is celebrated, where kindness speaks louder than fear, and where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.  The beauty of life is in the growth we experience together—and the love we share along the way.

ZILI TURNS 2 — AND BEATS CANCER!

Hi, I’m Zili, and today is extra special. It’s my 2nd birthday AND my last chemo session! After 14 treatments, I’m officially a cancer survivor! 🥹

A huge thank you to the amazing pediatric oncology care, my medical insurance, and the incredible hospital team who made this healing journey possible.

This victory is not just mine—it’s a celebration of hope, resilience, and the power of support. Here’s to many more birthdays, laughter, and growing stronger every day!

A Love That Outlived Every Doubt ✨
In 1967, they stood in front of a judge with hands clasped tight — not out of fear, but out of certainty.
The world wasn’t ready for their love. Some turned away. Some whispered. Some doubted.
But they simply said one thing: “Yes — forever.”
Fifty-eight years later, their photo now sits in the living room, surrounded by grandchildren’s drawings, diplomas, and the loud, beautiful proof that love always wins in the end.
Every morning, they still drink coffee together.
They still tease each other.
They still argue over who said “I love you” first.
(Neither one plans to admit it.)
This isn’t a story about obstacles.
It’s a story about choosing each other — again and again, for a lifetime.
Because sometimes, love isn’t a battle.
Sometimes, love becomes a habit — the most beautiful one of all.
