ZILI TURNS 2 — AND BEATS CANCER!

Hi, I’m Zili, and today is a day I’ll never forget.  It’s my 2nd birthday, and I’m not just celebrating another year of life – I’m celebrating a victory over cancer. After 14 long rounds of chemotherapy, I’m officially a cancer survivor.

It’s hard to put into words what this journey has been like. From the first diagnosis to those early days in the hospital when everything felt uncertain, my family and I never imagined we would reach this moment. But through every treatment, every sleepless night, and every tear shed, we kept our faith and our hope alive.

I couldn’t have made it this far without the incredible team of doctors, nurses, and caregivers who have been with me every step of the way. Pediatric oncology care isn’t just about medicine—it’s about compassion, hope, and treating the whole person. From the moment I walked through those hospital doors, they gave me not just the best treatment, but the love and encouragement I needed to keep fighting.

I’m also so grateful for the medical insurance and support that made it all possible. Without that, this journey could have been so much harder. It’s a reminder that we can all make a difference in the lives of others—sometimes, it’s a small act of kindness or a word of encouragement that can keep someone going when they feel like giving up.

Today, I celebrate not just the end of chemo, but the beginning of a new chapter. A chapter filled with possibilities, laughter, and the promise of a future. Thank you for being part of my journey—your support means everything to me.
